Payment Policy

  • Full Payment Required:
    • 100% payment must be made upfront to confirm and start work on your custom commission.

Refund Policy

  1. Cancellations Before Work Begins:
    • If you cancel your order before work has started, you will receive a full refund.
  2. Cancellations After Work Begins:
    • Once carving has started, refunds are not available due to the personalized nature of the work.

Return Policy

  1. Damage During Shipping:

    • If your carving arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receiving it.
    • IMPORTANT: To qualify for a replacement or repair, you must record a video of the unboxing. The video should clearly show the unopened package, the unboxing process, and the damaged item.
    • If the damage is confirmed, we will repair or replace the piece. Shipping costs for returns or replacements will be covered depending on the situation.
  2. Satisfaction Guarantee:

    • Minor variations in hand-carved designs are a natural part of the craftsmanship and are not grounds for return.
    • If the final piece significantly deviates from the approved design, we will work with you on a resolution, such as modifications or partial refunds.
  3. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom orders are non-returnable unless damaged during shipping or they deviate from the approved design.

Unboxing Video Requirement

  • An unboxing video is required for all claims related to shipping damage. The video ensures we can verify the issue and process your claim promptly. Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for resolution.
